About Guylaine
Guylaine Belley's eyes dance and she gestures excitedly as she describes why she loves being a Realtor®. "I care very deeply for my clients. If you care, it's going to either kill you or thrill you." Her many clients through the years have been thrilled, finding not only their dream home, but also a great friend in Guylaine as well.
Great Realtors® and great golfers also have this in common: they know that exceptional moments happen when you master the fundamentals, seek to constantly improve, and maintain your balance.
Mastering the Fundamentals: Great golfers realize that the quality of the game rises and falls with the fundamentals. Countless issues have to be taken into account before one swing is taken or else trouble surely awaits. The same is true in the real estate business. Guylaine pays attention to every detail and listens carefully to her clients when they describe exactly what they are looking for. She is a tireless researcher, spending hours on the internet and on the road checking out and earmarking every conceivable property. She leaves no stone unturned.
From the initial "hello" until all the papers are signed, she never takes her eyes off of the ball. You can count on that.
Always Improving: Guylaine knows how important the right ongoing training, tools, and coaching are to being able to better serve her clients. She is open to the many new technologies that exist to serve the real estate industry these days, and she uses those technologies every day to their fullest to accomplish the best for those she works with. She never misses an opportunity to learn more about how to market and sell a property, and how the economics and demographics in an area can effect the transaction and price. Knowledge is power in this business. Knowing there may be hurdles ahead makes avoiding those hurdles that much easier.
Keeping Her Balance: Guylaine understands and cares very deeply for families. Her priorities are firmly rooted in what really matters in this life. When asked to name her greatest accomplishments, she quickly defers to her grown children, Marie-Claude and Guillaume, and her grandchildren. She is happily married to her husband Daniel, whom she met on a blind date. Daniel was obviously smitten from the beginning, and still is. They married in the summer of 1980. Her family's at the heart of everything she does and hopes to do.

Guylaine and her family emigrated to the United States from Quebec, Canada in 1986. She is fluent in both French and English.
Guylaine works hard, but she plays hard as well. She is an accomplished dancer and loves aerobics and weight training, and travelling with her children and grandchildren. She and Daniel are also very active in their church.
